President Rody Duterte graces the send-off ceremony for the 250 transport vehicle units of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) at Camp General Vicente Lim in Calamba City, Laguna on September 26, 2018. The 250 transport vehicle units were distributed to the 17 regional offices of BJMP through BJMP Chief Director Deogracias Tapayan.
