Another class action suit against the government of Australia and the medicine regulators has now been filed by more than 500 Australian citizens related to COVID-19 vaccine injuries and is now sitting at the Federal Court. This class action suit is being led by Dr. Melissa McCann, “a general practioner who also holds a Graduate Certificate of Allergic Diseases”, Natalie Strijland, the litigator who filed the suit, along with many other professionals of different files and the ordinary citizens from all walks of life.

Among the agencies that are being sued and requested compensation for the victims are the “Department of Health and Aged Care Secretary Dr Brendan Murphy and the Deputy Secretary of Health Products Regulation Group Adjunct Professor John Skerrit”. These respondents, according to the lawsuit, approved the vaccine “with no proper or reasonable evidentiary or logical basis to reasonably determine the Vaccines to be safe, effective and possessing a positive risk-benefit profile.”

Therefore, according to the statement in the filing, “the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) did not fulfil their duty to properly regulate the Covid-19 vaccines, resulting in considerable harm and damage to Australians”. By this, the lawsuit claims that the Australian government and health authorities failed to have an effective monitoring as they’ve neglected the importance of gathering enough legitimate science backing the immunization, meaning it failed to have thorough investigation and proper knowledge about these vaccines that are, in reality, harming the people.

The TGA, on the other hand, responded that myocarditis and pericarditis were often “temporary” conditions as most people getting will get better “within a few days”. The agency also stressed that the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) “continues to emphasise that the protective benefits of the vaccines far outweigh the rare risk of these side effects”.

One of the catalysts for pushback and legal resistance is that many health professionals spoke out and stood their ground in the name of sovereignty when it comes to their personal health and medical freedom. Even though the Australian society in general refuses to acknowledge the potential harm tied to the possible outcome of the so-called immunization, which fastly crashed into ridiculous absurdity in front of the people’s eyes because it turned out to be just a mere mockery of science, major media networks and politicians are now starting to see the bigger picture.

These brave Australian health professionals and scientists have been subjected to threats and intimidation, yet they asserted and continues to fight for their rights as professionals and as citizens of Australia. Driven by the lack of government initiatives toward the advancement of this urgent issue, coupled with shameless denial and gaslighting against the people who experienced adverse events following their jab, these health professionals along with ordinary citizens demanded to the authorities what’s best for them and what belongs to them; their personal medical rights and freedom.

One of the Australians that have been injured by COVID-19 vaccines is Anthony Rose, a 46-year-old former construction management worker. Mr. Rose, also a martial artist, experienced “incapacitating fatigue and debilitating neurological symptoms following Moderna”. In addition to that, he claims to experience “severe stabbing chest pains” after he received the jab in October of 2021. Mr. Rose’ issue then turned into serious neurological problems over the next two weeks.

Mr. Rose also claims that most of the time, he can only stay up for three to four hours per day, walking “around his house and talking” before his brain “just shuts down”. Several neurological tests have been conducted to Mr. Rose but doctors seem be having a difficulty identifying the cause of his issues that’s causing his incapacities to work and pushing him to the edge of homelessness.

Another person injured by COVID-19 vaccine is a teacher from Melbourne named Gareth O’Gradie, 41-year-old. Mr. O’Gradie got his first Pfizer shot in July of 2021. O’Gradie is a healthy man, he has two children, and has a very deep passion for sports such as tennis and running. After he took his Pfizer shot, O’Gradie claimed he had “sudden-onset chest pain, shortness of breath, fever, chills, sweats”, thinking he is having a heart attack. He was rushed to the hospital and was diagnosed with vaccine-induced pericarditis. O’Gradie stated:

“In the end I had open heart surgery to remove the pericardium, which had become inflamed and stuck to my heart. It’s extreme.

All the heads of different departments, cardiology, rheumatology, cardiothoracic, all had conferences to say, ‘We’ve tried this, what is the next step for this recurrent pericarditis we can’t control the pain for?’ It wasn’t an easy decision.”
