In a very inspiring effort, a group of Filipino social media users is uniting to fight the ongoing coronavirus scandal happening in the Philippines in which many political officials, including the president of the country Rodrigo Duterte, based on the investigation by other government officials themselves through their Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, are said to be possibly involved in various fraudulent government transactions and profiting from the supposedly illegal mandates resulting to human rights violation, particularly with regards to face masks and other useless paraphernalia, causing suffering and financial hardships to the majority of the Filipino citizens for almost two years now.

One of the movements that are consistently growing in actively resisting the scamdemic protocols is Juan Dakila (JD). Usually, through the advice of its lawyer Attorney Aaron Soguilon, JD is actively providing ideas for a legal response on several social media platforms, effective in countering some of the most baseless COVID protocols by the Philippine government units. Dakila means “great” or “eminent” in Tagalog and Juan is a name associated with Filipinos partly as a consequence of the Spanish colonization. A loose organization composed of ordinary citizens and with one lawyer, these tireless activists/volunteers have been effectively educating the public since last year; working with other groups and individuals that are also trying to bring another medical discussion and scientific narrative on the presidential table such as the Concerned Doctors and Citizens of the Philippines (CDCPh), Covid Call To Humanity (founded by Mr. Nicanor Perlas), Gising Maharlika (GM), and the Katipunan Ng Demokratikong Pilipino (KDP), a nationalist and anti-communist political advocacy group.

For months now, online and offline, JD has been teaching and assisting the public on how to create letters for legally refusing illegal medical mandates in the workplace and in other public institutions as part of the government’s measures to this current manufactured crisis we are having, which includes subtle coercion for vaccination and weekly meaningless PCR or antigen test for the employees who do not want to take the jab. So aside from answering private inquiries, the JD core members give instructions during their multiple live shows every week which also features the lawyer Aaron Soguilon every Wednesday evening in his especial show called “Kapangyarihan ni Juan”. Filipinos from all walks of life listen to JD’s live podcast to learn about the laws In the Philippines related to human rights, health, and medical rights.

One of the letters being suggested by JD core is called “Letter Rally” or also known as “Liham Ni Juan” in which an individual or the public send a letter to major government offices, agencies, politicians, and courts, “informing them that the public knows the laws and the bill of rights that protect the people against any coercive COVID mandates”. Recently, JD also launched its campaign to help Filipinos experiencing adverse effects from COVID vaccines using the Department of Health’s (DOH) NAEFIC (the National Adverse Events Following Immunization Committee), chaired by Dr. Lulu Bravo. What’s ironic, though, is that while being the chairperson for NAEFIC, Dr. Bravo is also the founder of the Philippine Foundation for Vaccination, a so-called non-profit organization that “advocates and protects” the vaccination program.

This initiative came up to the lawyer Mr. Aaron Soguilon, also an independent senatorial candidate, upon studying what are options the individuals may have when injured by vaccines. NAEFIC is said to be “composed of medical and vaccine experts that review, analyze, and conduct causality assessment of any Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) and Adverse Events of Special Interest (AESI) upon deployment of vaccines”. The problem, however, is that this committee seems established to vanguard the World Health Organization’s (WHO) vaccination program through government mandates. On its written guidelines, the NAEFIC findings can be the basis for a temporary or a permanent halt, providing the committee receives two valid reports of adverse events or vaccine injuries. NAEFIC has existed for a while In the Philippines yet there are no serious complaints from this committee so far, given that there were already hundreds, if not thousands, of vaccine injury/death-related posts in social media have accumulatively surfaced lately.

One example of vaccine adverse effects that was officially recognized just recently by Filipino doctors was from a certain person named Jhon Kevin Arado.  On October 30, Mr. Arado wrote in his Facebook post:

First case of Adverse Effects Following Immunization (AEFI)

Diagnosis: Central Retinal Vein Occlusion with Macular Edema Retinal Vasculitis

Vaccine Drug Adverse Reaction (ASTRAZENECA).

(Serious/Severe Side Effect of Covid-19 Vaccine AstraZeneca)

Central Retinal Vein Occlusion, also known as CRVO, is a condition in which the main vein that drains blood from the retina closes off partially or completely. This can cause blurred vision and other problems with the eye. (Eye Blood Clot). It cannot be corrected with eyeglasses.

Eye Operation 3 Sessions. First Session Successful.

Doctor’s name: Peter Brian F. Bautista, MD, DPBO

On the comment sections of JD’s posts, you will notice that many Filipino Facebook users who follow their page express their gratitude emotionally; telling their own stories of discovering the truth behind this very obvious fake pandemic which is actually nothing but a medical and psychological operation of fear and paranoia (from germs) to push mRNA vaccines or gene therapy. Many of those comments are from workers who asserted their rights against their employers and successfully upheld their right to their job without being forced to get the shots. There are also comments from parents who don’t want their children to be vaccinated and also people who help their fellow Filipinos or their relatives in securing such documents from the group to not get terminated or forced. As of now, the core members of JD are organizing boot camps every month to teach volunteers how to form a community that would take the steps for actions that the group is advocating.
