President Rody Duterte met with Grab driver Romualdo Albarca and his family who paid a courtesy call on the President at the Malacañan Palace on June 11, 2018. Albarca was personally lauded by the President for his acts of kindness, and has caught the attention of the public for his generous act of ferrying stranded passengers without a fee. Secretary Bong Go also gave a mobile phone to Albarca as reward.
